Garden rooms are in general, built under permitted development rights. Here at Lifestyle Garden Rooms a certificate of lawful development is provided as standard.

WEATHERPROOF
Built to last, our garden rooms are extremely durable and fully weatherproof and will withstand the most inclement weather conditions. Come rain or shine, or anything in between, your structure will remain completely safe and sound.
SECURE
Using insurance-approved multipoint locks as standard ensures your garden room remains completely secure and its contents fully protected. Additional features can be provided to improve security even further. Please ask for more details.

Smart appliances are extremely popular in today’s modern world. With our smart home offerings, you can have any number of smart devices installed in your garden room. Lighting, blinds, plugs and heating are just a few of the smart accessories available.
WINDOWS & DOORS
We only use energy efficient glass. It is manufactured in the UK specifically for our ever changing climate, and can be fitted in any type of window or door frame.
SECURITY
All locks supplied come with insurance-approved multipoint locking systems. We are happy to quote for any additional security features such as CCTV, intruder alarm systems.

Firstly, please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will then contact you to discuss your design requirements in more detail, for example, the use, style and requirements you need for your garden room.

Using the information you have provided, we will provide you with a quote.

When you are happy with the design, a home visit will be arranged to finalise details, such as types of cladding, flooring etc. This is where you can choose any finishes and design features you require.

Once you are happy with the final design we will organise a start date that suits you.

On arrival all the materials needed for your garden room will be delivered, they will all be pre-cut and prepared so the impact on your garden and time is minimised.

On average it will be around 28 days’ from receipt of your 25% deposit to when we start. We aim to complete your garden room within 10 working days (subject to weather and access)

Once your garden room is completed and the remaining balance has been paid you will receive the keys to your brand new Lifestyle Garden Room.
